Padel is becoming a big part of the South African sporting and corporate event scene, and we recently had the opportunity to create a set of custom awards for the Standard Bank CIB Padel Day Invitational.
For this event, we produced four matching floating crystal padel trophies, with awards for the Men’s Advanced League, Mixed League, Women’s League and Men’s Beginner League.
The trophies are based on our Crystal Trophy 24, mounted on a premium wooden base, and stand at approximately 290mm tall. The floating crystal design gives them a modern look while still having the weight and presence you’d expect from a proper competition trophy.
Custom Padel Trophy Design
For these awards, we created a custom padel-themed engraving featuring a padel racket and ball, along with the Standard Bank logo and the individual competition category.
The artwork was sandblast engraved directly onto the crystal, giving the design a crisp, frosted finish that works particularly well with the clear crystal.
The winners’ names will be added to the trophies afterwards using gold Rowmark plaques, allowing the same trophy design to be used across the different categories while still giving each winner a personalised award.
These awards were made for:
Men’s Advanced League
Mixed League
Women’s League
Men’s Beginner League
Custom Padel Awards in South Africa
As padel continues to grow in South Africa, we’re seeing more demand for custom padel trophies and awards for tournaments, corporate padel days, club competitions and sponsored events.
At Helium Design, we can customise crystal and acrylic awards with your company logo, tournament branding, padel artwork, category, player name and other event details. Sandblast engraving is particularly effective on crystal because it produces a clean, professional finish that suits both corporate and sporting awards.
Whether you’re organising a small padel tournament or a large corporate padel event, we can create awards around your branding and the different categories you need.
If you’re looking for padel trophies in Johannesburg or anywhere in South Africa, get in touch with Helium Design to discuss your requirements.
